I miss Dock, I will always miss him. I wish he could be here today to see me go through school. You see I was his friend, I would take care of him, like many others. I even wish today that he was alive so he could call me at 3 O'clock in the morning like he use to. You see I lived right down the road ftom Dock. One side of me wishes I was there in his last hours, and the other side was glad that I wasn't. I was in Idoah when he died. I use to cry and think of him, he was one of my best friends. God Bless Dock, and let him rest in peace.

In memory of a good friend,
Dr. J.J.Horton, who I amiably refer to as Dr. J.J. H..
He was a great help to me physically , to overcome pain--
and mentally renew confidence in
my ability to perform my duties.
We jokingly conferred with one
another- asking to speak to
Dr. J.J.H. since I have the same
initials also. Respectfully,
offer my condolences to the family.
Dr.J. J. H. (J. J. Hefner, PhD.)

Jack was a great chiropractor and really helped Lynda when no one else could. He had a real gift. We enjoyed talking to him about the old days. A real upbeat guy whom we will miss and have fond memories of. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time but we know heaven is a liveler place with Jack there!

Dr Horton hired me to work for him in 1995. I enjoyed a few months before he was in that car accident. But I never forgot the break he gave me. I had no experience in Chiropractic, but met many people that knew and loved Dr Horton. I stayed on for 5 years with the new doctors. His humor will be missed by many. The family will be in my prayers. Jo Highsmith
