James R Miller Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1928 - 2006 James R. Miller at the age of 78 passed away on Monday, Oct. 23, 2006 at a local care center in Kerrville, Texas. He was born on July 16, 1928 in Oil City, Pennsylania to Frederick Miller and Ruth Amanda Miller. James servered in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict from 1953 till 1955. He is preceded in death by his parents. James is survived by his daughter Diane Philips of Harper, Texas and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. No services at this time.
