John and Pat sacrificially served as the first houseparents of the Barnett House Maternity Home sponsored by what is now the Alpha Omega Life Center. Her service as house-mother in addition to her work as a school teacher is just one more example of a life well-lived for others as a disciple of Jesus Christ. Well done good and faithful servant. To God be the glory.

We were so blessed by God to have known Pat. She was my daughter's teacher and Pat's legacy is now being passed forward because my daughter is now a Christian teacher, too.
