Carl James Yasi Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1921 - 2007 Carl James Yasi at the age of 85 passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at the Kerrville Texas VA hospital. He was born on November 14, 1921 in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia Canada to Michael Yasi and Rita Lovell Yasi. Carl served in the U.S. Army during World War II during the years 1942 till 1945. He married Geraldine O'Connor. He worked for the government his whole life. Carl was a member of VAV, VFW, American Legion and Notre Dame Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents. Carl is survived by his wife Geraldine Yasi of Kerrville, Texas; sons David James Yasi of Kerrville, Texas, Robert William Yasi of Texas and Michael Paul Yasi and wife Christie of Austin, Texas; daughters Carol Duehl and husband Brad of Butam, Texas and Rita Yasi of Organ; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. No services at this time.
