Patricia Ruth Adams Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1925 - 2007 Patricia Ruth Adams at the age of 81 passed away on Monday, January 29, 2007 at her home in Kerrville, Texas. She was born on May 31, 1925 in Valley Park, Missouri to George Bent James and Lucille Cadwell James. Pat served in the U.S. Navy as a wave from1945 till 1946. She married Royce Eugene Adams on July 5, 1949 in Valley Park, Missouri, he passed away in 2006. Pat was a housewife and loved her family with everything she did. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Royce Adams, siblings Evelyn James, Kenneth James and Kenneth James. Pat is survived by her children Dale Adams and wife Vickie, Gary Adams and wife Nancy, Susan Gentry and husband Grady and Douglas Adams and wife Jennifer, ; 8 grandchildren Gordon, Carly, Collin, Emily, Shannon, Kyle, Ashley and Grant; sister Barbara James and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her. Memorial services will be held 4pm, Friday, Feb. 2, 2007 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas with Pastor Weston officiating the services with full military honors. Interment will be at a later date at Center Point Cemetery.

I learned this morning on the KDT website of Pat's passing. I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to your family at her passing, as well as Royce's. I did not know he also had passed on. They were my next door neighbors when I lived at 101 Homestead. They both were the nicest people and I enjoyed talking to them and having them as neighbors.

I am so sorry for the loss of Mrs. Adams. I was her house cleaner and had to cancel last months appointment due to pneumonia. So I have not seen her in a bit. I was going to call her this next week and then saw that she had passed in this mornings paper. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.
