Jessie D. Radcliff at the age of 90 passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 in a local care center. She was born on Dec. 17, 1916 in Texarkanas, Texas to Dee Shipp and Jessie Harrison Shipp. Jessie was a loving wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Jessie is survived by her daughter Sharon Koch and husband James of Kerrville, Texas and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her.

Dear Sharon,
I am so sorry for your profound loss and for all you've been going through these last few weeks. I am glad for you all that your mother's final days did not extend into months and years as sometimes happens.
The flowers you sent are lovely and flowers or no, of course I accept your apology and understand completely how grief and the threat of loss taps into all our deepest emotions. I have been wanting to write you a line or two, but broke my right arm on the 9th and this is my first opportunity, without calling, which I thought would be a poor choice given your need for rest.
I hope you will take good care of yourself and will call me, Betty or Jan, if you need to talk to someone.
