1955 - 2007
Josephine Delagado Sandoval loving daughter, mother and sister, went to be with the Lord on Holy Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the age of 56. She was born on May 15, 1955 in Kerrville, Texas to Andres Sandoval and Sulema Ayala Sandoval. Josephine attended Tivy High School, where her favorite elective class was homemaking. A prior resident of Chicago, III., Josephine worked was a apartment complex manger; she loved to cook, and always enjoyed a good laugh. She was preceded in death by her father.
Josephine is survived by her children Kathy Villafranco and fiance Roland Montes, Gilbert Butler, Karen Butler; mother Sulema Sandoval; long time friend Naaman Lee Butler; brother Sid Sandoval and wife Ada; sisters Andrea Sandoval, Rosenda Murphy, Sue Butler, Eva Rivera and husband Gerado and Maria Sandoval; 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who love her will miss her.
Memorial Mass will be held 9:30 am, Thursday, April 12, 2007 at Notre Dame Catholic Church of Kerrville. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
A Special Thank you to all the staff and friends at MHMR, Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital and the warmth and unconditional care given to her and our family at her short stay at Edgewater Care Center.
