Frank Allan Chapman at the age of 70 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at a Kerrville hospital. He was born as Francis Verner Osterberg Jr on August 27, 1936 in Davenport, Iowa to Francis V. Osterberg Sr. and Frances L. (Erickson) Osterberg. Frank served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 till 1962. He married Christina Radkovick on November 15, 1995. Frank loved his family and spending time with them. He loved serving the Lord; and talking about Jesus to everyone. Frank's passion was music, reading poetry and to do crossword puzzles. He was an active member of the Family Worship Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis Sr and Frances Osterberg, two sisters Crystal and Jackie.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 11 years Christina Marie Chapman (Lucy) of Center Point; 3 step daughter Barbie and her three boys (Lyle, Mikey and Salvador), Brandy Camouche, and Amanda Gonzalez and husband Martin; step son Donald Camouche and wife Jennifer; 5 grandchildren Joseph (Gus), Hailey (Ladybug), Kortney (Butterfly), Christopher (Frog), and Hannah (Cricket); four sisters Sharon, Shelia, Lana and Sandra and many other family members and friends.
Memorial services will be held 4pm, Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at Family Worship Center in Kerrville, Texas with military honors with pastor Charles Burgin Sr officiating the services.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Family Worship Center (4471 Hwy. 27 E. Kerrville, Tx. 78028).
