Carter R Garland II Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1952 - 2007 Carter Garland II at the age of 54 passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at his home in Kerrville. He was born on November 29, 1952 in Iraan, Texas to Carter Garland I and Bobbie Rae Bentley Garland. Carter served in the U.S. Navy from 1972 till 1973. He then went on to work in the Oil Field's. No services at this time.
