Renda Rae HarrisRenda R. Harris who passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at her home in Center Point, Texas. She was born on May 1, 1958 in Kerrville, Texas to L.C. Shults and Maydell (Morris) Shults. Renda loved the Dallas Cowboys, music, the water but she never learned how to swim and she collected owl's. She was everybody's favorite aunt, she never had a mean bone in her body. Renda cared for everybody she was the mother to everybody and she made the best Potato Soup. She is preceded in death by her parents L.C & Maydell Shults, brother Lonnie Shults, half brother James Gross and sister Linda Tremper. Renda is survived by her loving children son Paul Harris and wife Habiba of Kerrville, Texas; 2 daughters Sara Harvell and Rena Hunt both of Center Point, Texas; husband Rodney Harris of Austin, Texas; brother Ronald Shults of Center Point, Texas; 4 sisters Teresa Gage and husband Bryant of Ingram, Texas, Betty Cooksey and husband Lance, Nora Crider and Lea Crider all of Center Point, Texas; granddaughter Chloe Williams of Center Point, Texas and many nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her. Memorial services will be held 2pm, Saturday, September 15, 2007 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas with a Memorial DVD.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have only Known Renda for a short time and was excited to be helping her this year. Your family will be in my prayers.

Rena, Sara, and all of Renda's family, We can't express how saddened we are to hear about Renda's passing. We are so very sorry. She was a very special lady. Even though we didn't know her well we loved her. We will always have a special connection to her through Chloe. We are thankful for the part she played in Chloe's life and everthing she has done for her. We appreciate the honor and previledge of having known her.
