Viva Louise Balzen Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1921 - 2007 Viva Louise Balzen at the age of 85 passed away on Monday, September 17, 2007 at a Kerrville hospital. She was born on November 24, 1921 in Cameron, Texas to Joseph Duncan and Rosa (Lyles) Duncan. Viva married Myrlin Chester Balzen on November 1, 1941 in Rosenberg, Texas. She was a LVN and worked for hospitals and care centers. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband. No services at this time.
