Anna Frances Aird at the age of 73 passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at a Kerrville, Texas hospital. She was born on November 7, 19933 in Elliott's Island, Maryland to James Hyland Jones and Effie (Ewell) Jones. Anna moved to Kerrville, Texas in 1988 from Maryland. She volunteered for summer children programs. She loved reading, sewing, her dog Lucky, birds Jack &Jill, setting on the dock with her plants, a view from heaven, being with good friends & family, watching the deer, humming birds and she loved the Texas hill country. Everyone who met Anna instantly fell in love with her. Anna loved people. She always cared for those she knew. Anna always helped those that needed her. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Albert Aird who passed away in 1998.
Anna is survived by daughter Diane Jensen of South Dakota; sons Jimmy Aird, Kenny Barett and Eddie Anderson; 3 grandchildren Wesley Ramsey, John Steenblack and Tim Steenblack and many friends who love her will miss her.
Visitation will be held from 10am till 8pm on Monday, October1, 2007 at Wright's Funeral Parlor.
Cremation will follow on Tuesday.
