I'm writing not as a family member, but as friends. Some people touch beyond the family region, and Leroy did this, time and again with someone special, our Tonya will always feel empowered from his time and presence, he was always willing to give to her, and us. Our girl will miss the specialness he gave to her that not so many would give. I will always love him especially for what he gave that none of us could see. A special man he was/is to us. Thank you Pepa Lee....

I will always remember the laughs we had when he came to Florida by train with Terry to see his sister, my Mom Grace. I know that Aunt Audrey and Mom are just at a loss for words right now. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.
