Clarence Blanchard Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1927 - 2008 Clarence Blanchard at the age of 80 passed away on Friday, March 7, 2008 at a Kerrville care center. He was born on April 10, 1927 in Abird, Louisiana to Avie Blanchard and Jenny "Ducot" Blanchard. Clarence served in the U.S. Army from 1946 till 1947. He went on to become a Lab Tec. for a Water Treatment Plant. Clarence married Josey Schumacher. He is preceded in death by his parents. Clarence is survived by his wife Josey Blanchard of Kerrville and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. No services at this time.
