Peg, our heart felt sympathy and prayers are with you. We are never prepared when we lose someone we love. If, you can remember most of the things she taught you, you will be OK. Her gift of hat making, was superb. Sholam

Our condolences, Peg. Your mother lived a long, rewarding and courageous life. I know how hard it is for you to accept she is gone but hopefully knowing you did much for her as well as your memories will help you through the weeks ahead. Will you be coming to Pittsford for the burial? Let us know. Hugs to you both, Lynn

5:30 would be fine. I have a Protime this morning at 8:30, then will come home and pack and write some notes to people, go to Mixed Doubles, come home and nap then drive to Boerne. Sounds like a nice day.
Susan Lynch called yesterday morning and I met her for lunch at Schlotzsky's. Had a nice long talk, to catch up. Her birding B&B isn't going as well as she expected... she plans to do some plantings to attract certain birds and to do something about a water attraction. She isn't singing anywhere right now so not seeing many people besides her family and her birders. ERnie is doing pretty well, finally, but still in rehab. Her husband has moved to assisted living and likes it, and Ernie is supposed to be able to join him next week.
Bob got off about 8:30 and I napped and watched taped 7th Heavens until Susie called. Probably wouldn't have bathed all day if she hadn't. Came home and napped, again, then fixed boiled potatoes, beef sausages, fresh green beans and fruit salad for Bob, since I won't be here tor our regular dinner, tonight.

Dear Family and Friends of Charlotte,
I was so sorry to see the obituary that Charlotte had passed.
I will remember her from the times she was my neighbor in the Lakeside Apartments on Plaza Drive. I lived upstairs facing the street (Apt. 102), so I was not directly above her apaprtment, but was in the same building. She and I parked next to one another. I always watched for her..... I will always remember her talking German (and knew she taught it too). She seemed to almost always be so upbeat and positive. I know it disappointed her immensely when she had to give up driving and her car!
She told me when I moved to Fredericksburg, "I guess I will have to learn to ride my broom like the mean old witches do!!!" LOL (I moved out of the complex on 10/31/2005 (Halloween night).
(I am the Hearing Aid Spec. that helped her get the amplified telephone.)
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family. No matter how old one is, not how bad their health is, we never feel like it is enough time with us. Please know she will be very fondly remembered!
Love,
Kevin Solbrig
