Jack W Crook Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1946 - 2008 Jack W. Crook at the age of 62 passed away on Monday, April 21, 2008 at a local care center. He was born on April 4, 1946 in Texas to Betty Jo "Williams" and James Mosley Crook. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam. Jack was a chemist most of his life. He is preceded in death by his mother. Jack is survived by a daughter Hilary Crook; sister Jamie Crook and all his friends at Hilltop Village Care Center in Kerrville, Texas. Interment will be held at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas at a later date.

Jack was a long time friend from the old St. Joseph Hospital days in the clinical lab when he was married to Pat - Jack and I both worked there - Jack and I also hunted together, he enjoyed hunting - we knew his second wife, Teresa and daughter Hilary - Jack fell off contact before that divorce - he was seen by my wife when he came by the hospital looking for a job several years ago - he left a phone number for me which I called multiple time but no furthur contact was made - the Jack I knew was someone I could trust and enjoyed being with - sorry I missed him - it saddens me at his loss. May God rest his soul.
