Ralph L ColbathRalph Lafayette Colbath at the age of 71 passed away on Monday, May 5, 2008 in a Kerrville, Texas care center. He was born on September 27, 1936 in Kerrville, Texas to Curtis R. Colbath and Eula M. "Beaver" Colbath. Ralph married Barbara Masey on March 16, 1961 in Burnet, Texas. He lived his whole life in Kerr County. Ralph loved to cut wood, fish, hunt, and he never meet a stranger. He worked for the Kerr County Maintains department for many years but he like to cut wood for people the most of all. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Barbara in 2000, brother James Colbath and brother in law Henry Sanders. Ralph is survived by his brother Eugene Colbath and wife Nita of Mountain Home, Texas; 2 sisters Frances Sanders of Ingram, Texas and Joyce Bayer and husband Joe of Buffalo Gap, Texas; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. Visitation will be held 10am till 8 pm on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at Wright's Funeral Parlor. Family will be here to greet guest from 6pm till 8pm. Graveside services will be held 11am, Friday, May 9, 2008 at Colbath Cemetery in Kerrville with Pastor Fegenbush officiating the services. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Ralph Colbath's name at HCSB bank in Kerrville to help with the funeral expenses.

I am so sorry to here of Ralph's passing. We appreciated all the help he gave to my mother, Roxey Alexander. He was a good man and will be missed by all. Peggy Crenshaw
