Robert Louis Turner at the age of 83 passed away on Friday, June 27, 2008 at a local Kerrville hospital. He was born on May 25, 1925 in Portland Oregon to Milo Turner and Sophie "Arnold" Turner. Robert married Margaret Ford on March 9, 1963 in San Diego, CA. He served in the U.S. Army from 1945 until 1946. Robert worked for the San Diego California Street Department. He is preceded in death by his parents. Robert is survived by his wife Margaret Turner of Center Point, TX.; sons Robert Turner Jr of Center Point and Roy W. Turner of Ingram; daughters Mary Krieger and husband Henry of Center Point, Kristy Hollow and husband Lee of Center Point and Margaret Tidwell and husband Robert of Kerrville; brother Arnold Turner and wife Shirley of Kanasa; sisters Ruby Olson and Bubeata Quonlon both of San Diego, CA; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. Military Graveside services will be held 1pm, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Center Point Cemetery in Center Point, TX with Pastor Don officiating the services.
