Opal Taylor at the age of 85 passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at her home in Center Point, Texas. She was born on June 8, 1923 in Christine, Texas to John Paine and Lena "Jarrell" Paine. Opal was married to Jodie Taylor. She was a loving wife and mother. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Kerrville. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Jodie Taylor.
Opal is survived by her 1 daughter Linda Perrin and husband James of Center Point; 4 sons Robert Taylor, Dwight Taylor, Bryan Taylor and wife Janet "Joey" all of Center Point and Jerry Taylor of San Antonio; 1 sister Vivian Smith of Hondo; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her.
Memorial services will be held at 2pm, on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008 at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall on Ranchero Rd. in Kerrville.
