Neil Detjen Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1930 - 2008 Neil Detjen at the age of 78 passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at a San Antonio VA hospital. He was born on July 8, 1930 in St. Louis, Missouri to C. Wheeler Detjen and Irma Grounds Detjen. Neil served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He married Bonnie Hein. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Neil is survived by Amy Clayton and husband Joe of North Carline and Kryn Zimmermann and husband Mike; 2 sisters Sally Owen of Potosi, MO. and Nancey Torr of Rockville, MD.; brother Don Detjen of Kentucky and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. No services at this time.
