Norman "Andy" Roark at the age of 52 passed away on Friday, Sept. 19, 2008 in a San Antonio hospital. He was born on April 10, 1956 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Norman M. Roark and Doris "Pyle" Roark. Andy was a carpet layer and owned Andy's Floor Covering company in Ingram for 20 yrs and worked for Lowe's laying carpet. Andy married Diana Winn on Sept. 15, 2005 in Ingram, Texas. He loved to fish, snorkeling, swimming with his beloved dogs in the Kerrville river and traveling around. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Victor and Grace Roark.
Andy is survived by his wife Diana Roark of Kerrville, TX; father Norman Roark of Kerrville; mother Doris Tollefson of Columbus, TX; son Anthony Roark; 2 daughters Christie Rios and husband Tony and Andre Roark; 2 step daughters Kristin Webb and Rachel Seymour and husband Blain; brother Joe Roark; 2 sisters Deborah Roark Jasso and Micki Roark; granddaughter Emily many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
Memorial services will be held 6pm, Monday, Sept.22, 2008 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, TX. There will be a second Memorial service in Mississippi and the Interment will be in Mississippi.
