1950 - 2008
 Judy A. Hensley went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at her home in Kerrville. She was born on September 29, 1950 in Long Beach, CA to John J. Tate and Gladys "Jack" Tate. Judy married Patrick Ray Hensley on September 16, 1996 in Kerr County. She has been in Kerrville for the past 20 years and worked at Showers of Flowers. Judy was a beloved friend and a devoted worker for Precious Pebbles. She is preceded in death by her parents John & Gladys Tate, husband Pat Hensley and brother Jackie Tate.
Judy is survived by her 2 children Michelle Wilke and husband Cary of Port Lavaca, TX and Parker Lacy and soon to be wife Shelley Bock of Midfield, Tx; brother Johnny "Butch" Tate of Houston, TX; grandson Ryan Wilke of Port Lavaca and many other family members and friends who love her and will miss her.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Nov. 7, 2008 at 2pm, at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, TX.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Precious Pebbles ". |

I just wanted yall to know how much I loved your mom. She was one of my best and dearest friends. I was too distraught to talk at the funeral. I watched yall grow up through your photos and Judy over the years. We never got our trip to Port A this summer or the barbecue we planned to have when she got well, but we had many in the past. Judy was a very special person to me and I miss her very very much. She was so proud of both of you. We always said how lucky we were to have our children turn out like they did. Good luck and just remember that I will never forget my friend Judy. She will always have a place in my heart. We had too many experiences for me to share; most good but some bad (we always made up though). Love, Tammie.
