William C. Clements at the age of 86 went to meet his Lord on Thursday, November 6, 2008 in a Kerrville hospital. He was born on December 23, 1921 in Port Arthur, Texas to Peter Clements and Syble "Chick" Clements. William married Katie Maxwell in 1941. He served in the U.S. Army from 1940 until 1945 during World War II and the Korean Conflict. William was a Real Estate Broker for many years until he retired. He served in the Baptist Church for more than 70 years, had several successful business ventures. He is preceded in death by his parents.
William is survived by wife of 66 years Katie Clements of Kerrville; son William Clements Jr. of Katy, TX; five grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
Memorial services will be held 2:30 pm, on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008 at First Baptist Church of Kerrville " 625 Washington St. Kerrville, TX. 78028".
