Charles W. Morton at the age of 74 passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 02, 2009 at the Kerrville VA. He was born on April 24, 1935 in Itasca, Texas to Lon and Lena Morton. Charles served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 until 1961. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Peggy.
Charles is survived by his son Troy Morton of Ingram, Texas; brother Preston Morton; sister Betty Hutch; 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
Memorial services will be held 11am, Tuesday, Sept. 08, 2009 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas with full Military Honors.
