Billy D Stephens Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1954 - 2009 Billy D. Stephens at the age of 55 passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at a Comfort Texas care center. He was born on September 11, 1954 in Kermit, Texas to Donald and Betty Stephens. Billy loved to fish and hunt. He is preceded in death by his father. Billy is survived by his mother Betty Stephens of Center Point; sisters Bonne Frazar and husband Jeff of Camp Verde and Karen Baker and husband Larry of Center Point; brother Ronny Stephens and wife Elaine of La Vernia, Texas and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. Private family memorial services will be held at a late date.
