1941 - 2009
 Linda D. Liesmann at the age of 68 went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, December 11, 2009 at a Kerrville, Texas hospital. She was born on January 19, 1941 in Tamaroa, Illinois to Ray and Ada Downen. Linda married Roger Liesmann on July 08, 1973 in Kerrville, Texas. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Kerrville, Texas. Linda loved to cook for everybody, her family was the most important thing, baby sit was her passion. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Lula Bell Downen, and son Roger M. Liesmann.
Linda is survived by her husband Roger Liesmann of Kerrville, Texas; sons David Sullivan and wife Sudie of Center Point, Tx., Donnie Sullivan and wife Cindy of Kerrville, Tx., Corky Sullivan and wife Gina of Kerrville, Tx., and Eddie Liesmann and wife Donna of Comfort; daughters Debra Sullivan of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Scottie Miller of Kerrville, Tx.; sister Georgia Ann Scott and husband Wilford of Corpus Christi, Tx.; brothers Bill Downen and wife Vera of Mathis, Tx, Rex Downen and wife Shiri of Mississippi, and Jim Downen and wife Judy of Woodsboro, Tx; grandchildren Brandy Albers, Kurtis Ashcraft, Erica Allen, Brandon Sullivan, Brittany Sullivan, Laci Hurta, Lindey Clark, Paige Miller, Sabrina Sullivan, Jason Mulliner, Jodie Gail Freeman, John Liesmann, Ashley Lozano, Amber Vail, Misty Rangel, Kayla Escobedo, Katy, Brian, Billy Joe and Leslie; 21 great grandchildren and 3 more on the way and many other family members and friends who loved her will miss her but will see her again in Heaven someday.
Memorial services will be held 6pm, Thursday, December 17, 2009 at Victory Baptist Church of Kerrville (501 Mill Run Rd) with Pastor Day officiating the services.

roger and family our prayers go to the family of such a great loss , I will alway remember when linda work for chicken and roll and made the best rolls around kerrville and her lovely personalty and what a hard worker you were for the family, may god bless you and your family.remember linda may not be with you this christmas but she is having christmas with god at the masters table where her cooking will be blessed in so many ways.her memorys will all ways be in your heart and her sprit with the family always till you meet her again in heaven.
