Vernon L HarpVernon L. Harp of Ingram Texas passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 09, 2010 at the Kerrville Texas VA hospital. He was born on May 20, 1943 in Houston, Texas to Mr & Mrs Harp. Vernon served in the U.S. Navy from 1963 until 1970 during Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion. Vernon worked as a Furniture Builder and a Boat Builder in California then he was a Realtor and Home Builder in Texas, he built his home in Ingram. He is preceded in death by his father, and granddaughter Savannah. Vernon is survived by his wife Debbie Harp of Ingram Texas; 4 daughters Angelia Pennington and husband Russell of Littleton, CO, Bridgette Farrell of Jasper, TX, Candace McBee and husband Calvin of Cleveland, TX and Reitha Livingston and husband Rony of Aleda, TX; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many other family member and friends who love him will miss him. Memorial open house will be held at 1pm, Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010 at his home in Ingram, Texas for directions call 830-367-7417. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to VA Volunteers Services in Kerrville Texas.

Vernon was quite the character and will be missed by all of us at Crenwelge Motors service department. May he be happy in the hereafter and laugh at all of us left behind.
