Johnnie Alvin Nelson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1912 - 2010 Johnnie Alvin Nelson at the age of 97 passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at a Kerrville, Texas care center. He was born on July 23, 1912 in Putman, Texas to Charlie Nelson and Bella "Butler" Nelson. Johnnie worked as a salesman most of his life. He married Aileene Winston and she passed away in 2008. Johnnie was a member of First Christian Church in Kerrville Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Johnnie is survived by his children and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. Memorial services will be held 11am, Friday, May 28, 2010 at First Christian Church on Goat Creek Rd. in Kerrville Texas with Pastor Carpenter officiating the services.
