George J LaPoint Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1924 - 2010 George J. LaPoint at the age of 86 passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at a Kerrville, Texas care center. He was born on February 10, 1924 in Cambridge Massachusetts to George and Helen "Higgins" LaPoint. George served in the U.S. Navy. He married Dorothy Albrecht. George was a Industrial Engineer and his passion was being a Thoroughbred horse trainer. He is preceded in death by his parents. George is survived by his wife Dorothy LaPoint of Kerrville, Texas and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him. Military graveside services will be held 11am, Tuesday, June 01, 2010 at Houston National Cemetery in Houston Texas with full military honors
