Kenneth Wayne Andreas of Bandera Texas at the age of 52 passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at a San Antonio Texas hospital. He was born on April 01, 1958 in San Antonio Texas to Thomas and Irene Andreas. Kenneth served in the U.S Navy and also worked in the oil field for several years. Upon his return to Bandera he worked for Sam Byrd's Water Well until he opened Ken's Auto Mechanic Shop in 1989. After closing the shop he took a break to do his lifelong dream as a hunting and fishing guide. After reality set in, he took a job with Site Control in San Antonio where he was presently employed. Kenneth was a wonderful husband, father, brother and a loyal friend, who enjoyed playing pranks, and jokes on his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Irene Andreas, son Timothy Wayne Andreas, niece Jessica Anderwald, and brother Ronnie Miller.
Kenneth is survived by his wife Kathryn Marie Andreas of Bandera Texas; son JT Andreas of Bandera, Texas; sisters Sharon Childers, Susan and husband Kevin Cutler, daughter Savannah, Ruby and husband David Kral, son Nicholas Andreas; brothers Steven Andreas and wife Kathy, daughter Brandy and son Steven Jr., T.R. Andreas and wife Hollie, daughter Reelyn, W.B. Andreas, sons Kobee and Jayden, James Andreas and wife Traci, daughters Mandalyn and Makayla, Lance Andreas, daughter Holland; step-siblings Kim and husband Kevin Ide, daughters Kacie and Kirsten, Bruce and wife Ginger Cherry, daughters Amanda, son Justin, Bubba and Sheri Cherry, daughters Nicole and Shelby, son Kris, John Miller, daughter Paige, Marie Miller, Bonnie and husband Lloyd Mair, daughters Brittany, Katie, and Hollie, Valerie and husband Joe Trevino, daughter Ashley, sons Bruce, Joey and Jacob and many other family members and friends who love him will truly miss him.
Memorial services will be held 11am, Friday, August 20, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Bandera, Texas.
