It is a privilege to recognize the Army service of Mr. Pettit in World War II. Every American should be proud and grateful for the men and women who safeguarded our freedom and liberated Europe and much of Asia.
May the Lord comfort you in your loss.
Sincerely,
Joseph Benham, Chaplain and Past President, Hill Country Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution,
Kerrville

It is with sadness that we send our condolences at Everett's passing. We always enjoyed visiting with him as we delievered meals for many years. We got to know him as we completed the in home interviews and always enjoyed his stories. When we first began delivering, back in 20000, he would always be out at the curb so we would not have to get out of the car, then on the porch where he would always wave after we brought a meal to him waving as we pulled away. That is the memory we will always have. He was so appreciative of every little thing that was done for him. He is now at peace with our Lord.
With out sympathy,
Bill & Karen Kennedy
