Vada B. Barefield at the age of 95 passed away on Monday, August 08, 2011 at her home in Texas. She was born on Feb. 25. 1916 . Vada married Martin Barefield. She was a loving wife and mother, and a member of the First Christian Church of Kerrville. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Martin Barefield, 2 daughters in-law Jane Barefield and Susan Barefield.
Vada is survived by two sons Jim Barefield of Texas, and Karl Barefield and wife Donna Jo of Nauvoo, AL;; 2 grandchildren Lance Barefield of Kerrville Texas and Tracy Cherf and husband Dean of Thorsby, AL.; 4 great grandchildren Amanda, Ashley, Derek and Sheryn Jane; 1 great great grandson Aaden and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her.
