Jean Helton Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1934 - 2011 Ima Jean Ewing Helton went to be with her heavenly father on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at the age of 77. She was born on March 30, 1934 in Pampa, Texas. Jean was employed at Sid Peterson Hospital in the 70's and 80's. She owned and operated Ewing's South Fork Kennels. Jean enjoyed fishing, and garage sales. She is preceded in death by her parents Opal and Clay Kuykendall and son Billy Haynes. Jean is survived by her son Charles Swift and wife Donna; daughter Brenda Day; 2 grandchildren Leslie Swift Gomez and Sara Day; 3 great grandchildren Paige Todd, Kayla Hollimon and Catherine Gomez and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her. At her request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

Dear Bo and Brenda, I love this picture of your mom. When I think of her, that is how I remember her. Jean was one of dad's favorite relatives. I have many fond childhood memories of time spent with Opal, Clay, the three of you and all the relatives in Pampa. Don't be sad, you will all be together again someday. You had a very loving mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Pat

Oh, how well I remember Jean. We worked together at Sid Peterson years ago. She was always up for a good laugh. My condolences to her family.
