
Mark B. Hale at the age of 75 passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at a San Antonio VA hospital. He was born on February 01, 1936 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Owen and Illa Hale. Mark served in the U.S. Army from 1961 until 1980 when he retired. He loved to hunt, fish, watch Jeopardy, play cards on the computer and travel. Mark was a member of the Devil Sink Hole Society and had been there many times. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Rodney Hale, 2 brothers Kenneth and Steven Hale, 1 sister and 2 step sisters.
Mark is survived by his wife Margie Hale of Rocksprings, Texas; children Sidney Hale and wife Sandra of Blackfoot, ID., Marilyn Phillips and husband Lynn of San Anglo, TX., Gary Hale of Kerrville, TX., Tim Lacey of Emery, TX., Illa Cox and husband Brian of Lodi, CA., and Teresa Kemp and husband Stanley of Center Point, TX.; 2 brothers Wayne Hale and wife Carol of ID., and Johnny Hale and wife Gail of ID.; 21 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
Military memorial services will be held 2:30pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Kerrville VA Cemetery on (Spur 100 off Hwy 27)
