As a friend of Lowell's for over 24 years I will miss him. I have fond memories of flying our model planes together and talking about cars. I would stop by Kerrville in my travels and spend time with Lowell. He would always want me to take him to eat at Whataburger. I will cherish my visits and memories of the times we spent together.
