Melody Barchak was born May 26, 1965 in Colorado Springs, CO to parents William R. Mitchell and Saundra G. Mitchell. She attended grades K thru 12 in Mancos, CO. She graduated from Schriener nursing school in Kerrville and was a LVN. She worked for Albertsons for several years until she became ill of health and forced her from the workforce. After 14 years of great suffering, she's resting in the arms of Jesus.
She leaves to mourn her passing brothers, Michael Mitchell of San Antonio and Mark Mitchell of Ingram; daughter, Madison Spaulding of San Antonio of San Antonio; father William Mitchell and wife Patty of Bremerton, WA; mother, Saundra Neely and step father Calvin Neely of Kerrville. She will be missed by numerous friends as well.
Memorial service will be conducted 1pm, Thursday, Feb 16, 2012 at Calvary Temple Church, Kerrville.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Wright's Funeral Parlor of Kerrville.
