Uncle Ron I have so many wonderful memories of you. Loved it when you lived in Arkansas and we had Sunday dinners together and you would play with Elijah :)
You will always be a HERO to me for your great sacrifice to our country while in Viet Nam. I am proud to have had a wonderful man like you for my Uncle. I am glad you found peace and I love you very much. Until we meet again in Heaven......

I just learned that Friday, March 30 is National Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day. I can not think of a better day to memorialize the life of my Father. I could not have planned this if I tried. Thank you Lord for your divine appointment. Rest in peace, Dad. You were a real patriot.
