Willie G. Boldin went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2012 at local Kerrville hospital. Willie George Boldin was born on Nov. 19, 1942 in Kerrville, Texas to Jeff and Viola (Benson) Boldin. He was the youngest child born to Jeff and Viola. He was a graduate of Doyle High School. He served the US Navy (1961-1965) during Vietnam then went into the Navy recruitment department. He was employed at the State Hospital for several years in the nursing service. He then retired and started doing odd jobs around the Kerrville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mattie Lott, Lillian Kibbett; brother Jeff Boldin.
He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Minnie Baldwin, Bertha Lott and Clydell Standford; sons, Tito, Nathaniel, Jeff and Lorenzo; four grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He will be loved and missed by many other dear friends and family.
Visitation will be held 10a-8p, Thursday May 03, 2012 at Wright's Funeral Parlor with family greeting guest from 6-8p.
Funeral service will be held 10a, Friday, May 04, 2012 at the Barnett Chapel United Methodist Church, Kerrville with Pastor David Schuler officiating the services. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories, North
