Cookie and Denis,
I send you my heartfelt sympathy at the lose of your mom. Dottie was my best friend growing up in San Antonio and we were roommates when I got married in 1951. She brought you and Denis to our home in Louisiana when you were small. We lost contact with each other after that.
My condolences, Pat Dullnig Edwards

So sorry to hear of the death of your mom. Please know that you are in our thoughts. One of my favorite verses to share at a time like this is Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

Dorothy will always be remembered as the sweet little lady with all the cow collections; she always shared a smile, even when you knew she didn't feel well. God Bless - hang on to her memory - she is ALL better!

Dorothy was the best neighbor I ever had. She had a positive outlook on life and never let the little things get her down. She looked out for the people for Kerrville Housing. She cared deeply about their safety and wellbeing. I am skinny and she always made sure I had enough to eat. She also enjoyed the game of baseball. Her favorite major league team was the Minnesota Twins. Mine is also the Twins. We could talk about baseball for hours. She let me come down and watch the telecast of the first game ever at Target Field when the Twins played the Red Sox in April of 2010. She was a true friend and they are hard to come by. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time. I am glad she no longer has to suffer and is now at peace with our Lord. RIP Dorothy-you go girl!

I work for Tri County home health and Dorothy was one of my first patients when I first came to work for Home Health. Dorothy has had and will always have a special place in my heart. She will be dearly missed around the office. I always loved talking to her when she would call in to the office. I have a couple of things she has given me over the years and will cherish each of them. May God bless your family in this time of grief, but find comfort inthat she will never suffer again... My thoughts and prayers go out to you.
