My condolences to this wonderful man's family. Alton (Mr. Pagel as I affectionately addressed him) remains an inspiration to me of what one man is willing to put forth unto the greater glory of God. The values he stood for, and his work ethic combined to be part of a great testimony of self sacrifice for others. May Alton's dream of helping those too weak to help themselves live on, and his work continue with those he leaves behind. I'm so glad I had the honor of briefly being by his side, and receiving his spiritual gift of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control which he has been a good steward, and representative of from the moment I met him until the end. God has truly blessed the church through Alton. I will always thank The Lord for sending me by Alton. Grace, and peace to everyone at the churches in south Texas, and Romania, and to the Pagel, and Ellis Families as well as all others in Jesus's name& Amen.
