Joy Hallam Kyriakopoulos at the age of 82 passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012 at a Kerrville, Texas hospital. She was born July, 2, 1930, in Nottingham, England. She immigrated to the United States shortly after World War II. Joy enjoyed teaching and retired from the San Antonio School District. After her retirement, she and Thanos moved to their little ranch in Harper, Texas. Joy enjoyed her milk goats, making cheese and, in her spare time, she enjoyed collecting antiques. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Joy is survived by her husband, Thanos, and her two daughters, Patty and Katie, and her son John and many other family member and friends who love her will miss her.
