Louise a. Overstreet at the age of 89 passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at her home in Ingram, Texas, with her family by her side. She was born on April 12, 1923 in Amarillo, Texas to Laymond and Myrtle (Milsap) Vinson. Louise and her sister Faye owned and operated Overstreet Nursery and Garden Center on Junction Highway for more than 40 years. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Louise is survived by her son Bud Overstreet of Ingram, Texas; granddaughters Jennifer and Deanna Overstreet; great grandchildren Macy and Dylan and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her.
Memorial services will be held 2pm, Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Living Tree Church in Ingram.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Louise Overstreet Memorial Fund at Wells Fargo Bank, to help pay for funeral expenses.
