Sallie Edith Phelps Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1929 - 2012 Sallie Edith Phelps at the age of 82 passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at a Bandera, Texas care center. She was born on December 11, 1929 in LeFollettle, Tennessee to Christopher and Ellen (Sharp) White. Sallie married William Phelps and was a loving wife and mother her whole life. She is preceded in death by her parents. Sallie is survived by her husband William Phelps of Bandera, Texas; son Gary "Dust" Summer of Bandera, Texas and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her. Graveside services at Bibbs Cemetery in Gatewood, West Virginia.
