Carl E. Schreiber Jr. at the age of 78 passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at a Kerrville care center. He was born on January 24, 1934 in Bowie, Texas to Carl and Nellie (Herring) Schreiber. Carl was a join owner in a Picture Framing business in Houston Texas. He sold his business and retired to the Hill Country and enjoyed redoing classic cars with his dear fried Dennis. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother.
