Freda Ilean Clark at the age of 78 passed from this life on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at a Kerrville care center. She was born on January 28, 1934 in Charleston Missouri to Luther Loflin and Annie (Jennings) Loflin. Freda worked as a seamstress most of her life. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Freda is survived by her children Shane Conner and Allen Heiser; grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her.
