
Carlos Debart Fulton at the age of 70 passed away on Monday, December 24, 2012 at his home. He was born in McCaskill, Arkansas on January 12, 1942 to Rocky Fulton and Onnie Mae (Beggs) Fulton. Carlos served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War (1960-64). He worked as a Pawn Broker in Houston for many years. He moved to Kerrville in 1992 to begin working with his brother at Five Star Rentals. Carlos was the manager for the company for several years and was employed for over 20 years. He had many passions in life; fishing, ranching, sports, out doors, watch making, and welding. He will be remembered as a loving brother, father, uncle, grandfather and friend; he was a great story teller to them all.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Carlos is survived by his loving children, Rhonda Ligon and husband Dean of New Caney, Seneco Bass of Kerrville; brother, Jack Fulton Sr and wife Iris of Kerrville; sister Shirley McDonald of Houston; 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
Private family memorial service and interment will take place at the family cemetery in Splendora at a later date.
