Kenneth Ray Smith II at the age of 61 passed away on Tuesday, June 04, 2013 at his home in Kerrville, Texas. He was born on October 10, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio to Kenneth and Mona Smith. Kenneth served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968 until 1971. He worked as a truck driver and a carpenter most of his live. Kenneth married his best friend Betsy Seay four weeks ago. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife Betsy Smith of Kerrville; brothers Raff Mullins and Fred Smith; sister Mona Lisa and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
