Funeral services for William P. “Bill” Josey, Jr., 58 of Silsbee will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday June 27, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following at R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery also in Silsbee.
Mr. Josey died at his home June 25, 2004.
A native of Madisonville, Texas he was a longtime resident of Silsbee. Mr. Josey was a purchasing agent at Wooden Pallets in Silsbee and was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include wife Monica Theresa Josey of Silsbee, sons William Christopher Josey and wife Melonie, John Kenneth Josey and wife Carol; brothers Thomas Josey & Marvin Josey both of Houston & James Josey of Silsbee; sisters Ethel Apshire and Sibyel Balla of Silsbee, Bertha Jenkins and Mildred Brewer both of Houston, Betty Jensen of League City, Lucille Franks of Splendora, Erma Ray Granier of Vacharie, LA, Bernie Tanton of Brenham and Sidney Airheart of Trinidad, Texas; grandchildren Courtney, Kelsi, Cody, Kerri and Karley and a loyal friend and pet Bo.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Cancer Unit, Dr. J. Schachner and John and a very special thanks to Tom Worthey.
