ELIZABETH DORA HOBBS
Funeral services for Elizabeth Dora Hobbs, 85, of
Port Arthur, Texas will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2004 at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Vivian, LA. with interment to follow at Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Hobbs died July 11, 2004 in Port Arthur.
Elizabeth was a native of Vivian, La. and owner of Red’s Bar-B-Q in Orange. She was a Red Cross volunteer.
Survivors include daughters, Pat Reitz and husband Dean of Groves and Nancy Zerko and husband Frank of McLewis; sons, Phillip Hobbs and wife Elaine of St. Louis, MO. and David Hobbs of Shreveport, LA.; brother, Icam McCullough and wife Marvine of Deweyville; sister, Hattie Goodwin of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Dr. Paul Huff, Dr Michael Huff, Leah Svob, Allen Huff, Phillip Kirk Hobbs, Tammy Miracky, Kreg Hobbs, Del Zerko, Mark Zerko; eighteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
