Dessie L. Sheffield Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1907 - 2004 DESSIE L. SHEFFIELD Dessie Sheffield, 97, of Silsbee died Sunday, October 17, 2004 in Beaumont at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. A native of Tyler County and a long time resident of Silsbee, she was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Sheffield was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, A. L. Sheffield of Woodville. Survivors include sons, Robert Sheffield of Silsbee and Raymond Sheffield of Woodville, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with burial to follow in Antioch Cemetery in Woodville. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at the funeral home.
